Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team in Beverly Hills.

This role is fully onsite.

Annual Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide litigation support to legal team
• Draft, prepare, and organize legal documents
• Assist attorneys with conflicts checks and opening new matters
• E-file with state and federal courts
• Prepare TOCs/TOAs
• Prepare expense reports
• Communicate with clients and team members
• Maintain/organize files
• Manage calendars
• Work closely with attorneys and paralegal in preparing for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Plus additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 year of Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant experience
• Litigation experience in California state and federal courts
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CompuLaw and/or Milana
• Trial experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, spelling, and written communication skills
• High Attention to Detail
