A well-established boutique dental practice in Bixby, Oklahoma, is seeking dedicated locum tenens coverage starting October 5th due to an upcoming maternity leave. Situated just miles south of Tulsa, this opportunity provides a welcoming clinical environment for a 4-week assignment with a strong potential for extension.

The incoming dentist will operate as the sole provider during this period, fully supported by an experienced in-house team consisting of two Dental Assistants, one Registered Dental Hygienist, and two Front Desk specialists.

The Role:

• Location: Bixby, OK 74008
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; October 5th October 30th (with an option to extend into November).
• Hours: Monday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Wednesday through Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM.
• Patient Volume: patients per day; 95% adult and 5% adolescent/pediatric.
• Clinical Scope: Fillings, crowns, simple extractions, implant restorations, and perio charting.
• Tech Stack: Open Dental charting software.
• Compensation: Competitive pay rate + comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage. Mileage reimbursement is provided for local commuting candidates.

What is Needed:

• Credentials: Active Oklahoma Dental License and current BLS certification. A DEA registration is preferred.
• Onboarding: 1 2 weeks fast-track onboarding.
• Practice Fit: A confident, independent clinician who is comfortable stepping in as the sole provider while maintaining excellent patient rapport and a smooth daily workflow.
