Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Luxury Furniture Production professional at Della Luxury Products. The role involves overseeing end-to-end production activities for high-end furniture, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing processes to meet design, quality, and delivery standards. The professional will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and operations teams to translate concepts into production-ready specifications, optimize material usage, and ensure efficient workflow on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality at each stage of production, resolving technical or process issues, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role also includes mentoring and training production staff, implementing best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the brand’s luxury positioning and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong production planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and timelines effectively.
• Experience in production management and shop-floor supervision within furniture, interiors, or related manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of quality control and inspection processes, with a focus on luxury or premium-grade products.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across design, procurement, and operations.
• Experience in training and guiding production staff, including developing standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with materials, finishes, and manufacturing techniques used in luxury furniture production.
• Diploma or degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
