Machine Learning Intern

Data Science Intern Job ID: 5007 Location: Farnborough, ENG, GB (Chester House) Key responsibilities Assist in the collection, preparation and management of relevant data and image sets. Modify and extend scripts and programs that automate the tasks and visualise the results. Assist in the training and evaluation of machine learning algorithms under the supervision of other team members.

Record all changes and document both software and research outputs. Work at all times in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the company’s policies. Undertake any other duties within the general scope of the job as required.

Requirements Student undertaking a degree in a technical discipline. Proficient in general IT skills on both Windows and Linux systems. Experience with programming or scripting, particularly Python.

Mathematics or statistical analysis training is beneficial but not essential. Problem‑solving skills to break down complex data challenges and find solutions. Communication and teamwork skills.
