Location: Germantown, WI
Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available (Flexible Options)
Pay: Starting at $18.75 / hour + Shift Differential Premiums

What You’ll Do:
Set up, load, operate, and unload high-speed manufacturing machinery and trimming equipment.
Inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments and precision hand tools to maintain strict quality standards.
Interpret work orders, technical setup sheets, and production line instructions.
Log output and track production metrics using simple digital inventory and data systems.
Keep equipment operational and maintain a tidy, hazard-free production workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in machine operation, assembly, packaging, warehouse material handling, or forklift operations preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with simple equipment troubleshooting.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly across an 8-hour shift.
Basic computer entry skills and strong daily attendance/reliability.
