MACHINE OPERATOR – AKRON, OH $18-$20/HR TO START | FULL-TIME | OVERTIME AVAILABLE Not every manufacturing job is the same. We're seeking a Machine Operator to help process stainless steel and aluminum materials in a busy production environment.

This role is ideal for someone who likes hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Operating and monitoring production equipment Reading work orders and production schedules Inspecting materials to ensure quality standards are met Taking measurements using gauges, rulers, and tape measures Troubleshooting equipment and production issues Operating forklifts and overhead cranes Assisting with material movement and production flow WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE: Manufacturing or machine operation experience Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Experience with forklifts, cranes, or industrial equipment is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attendance and reliability WHY CONSIDER THIS OPPORTUNITY?
