Requirements Minimum of 6 months of mail handling, postal, or related experience Knowledge of postal regulations preferred Strong math and basic computer skills Experience operating and troubleshooting mailing or inserter equipment Ability to accurately follow written instructions and job specifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity Willingness to work overtime as needed Job Duties Set up and operate mailing inserter equipment according to job specifications and postal regulations Schedule and coordinate inserting, metering, and mail-sorting activities to meet production deadlines Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on mailing equipment Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and production goals Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Maintain accurate production records and documentation Stand, walk, reach, and perform machine operation tasks throughout the shift Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
