Maintenance Technician

This is a roving position supporting properties within 11 Residential's portfolio from Seattle to Everett with occasional travel to properties outside this area. Due to the travel aspect of this position, the qualified candidate will be eligible for a monthly driving allowance. Sign-On Bonus Join our team and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

All new on-site maintenance hires will receive a one-time $1,000 bonus, paid on the first paycheck following six months of continuous employment. Job Summary The Area Maintenance Technician reports to a Regional Maintenance Supervisor and works to ensure apartment homes and facilities are in good working order and maintained to standards for 11Residential. Primary responsibilities include prompt and courteous responses to service requests, ensuring there are an adequate supply of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demand, and maintain property appearance which meets or exceeds standards.
