Job Description Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency. Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the life of machinery and reduce unexpected failures. Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Assist in training team members on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.

Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the manufacturing process. The Successful Applicant A successful Maintenance Technician should have: Technical expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment.

Strong electrical experience Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Proficiency with tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting. What's on Offer Competitive rate of $25-45/hr Weekends off Opportunity for overtime pay to increase earning potential.
