Job Title: Manufacturing Technician / Maintenance Technician

Location: Houston, Texas 77054

Duration: 12 months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $30–$40/hr on W2

Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Job Summary

• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Install new mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.

• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance on NC/CNC and manual machines.

• Schedule and complete maintenance and repairs independently.

• Repair multi-axis CNC lathes, mills, and other production equipment.

• Assist with installation of new machinery.

• Maintain equipment using written procedures and PM checklists.

• Create preventive maintenance checklists for operators.

• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.

• Train operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

• Participate in toolbox and pre-job safety meetings.

• Follow all PPE, safety, health, and environmental policies.

• Complete required safety training.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC and manual machinery.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Mori Seiki
• Nagel TBT

Education

• High School Diploma/GED (preferred)

Supervision

• Minimal supervision required.
