Job Description
Role PurposeThe Management Trainee - Talent Acquisition will support the TA team in end to end recruitment activities while undergoing structured learning and hands on exposure to hiring processes. This role is designed for an early career professional who is keen to build a strong foundation in recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and talent operations.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment SupportAssist in sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databasesScreen resumes against defined job descriptions and hiring criteriaCoordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholdersMaintain candidate pipelines and trackers on ATS/Excel
Stakeholder & Candidate CoordinationAct as the first point of contact for candidates for interview logistics and follow upsSupport senior TA members in coordinating with hiring managersEnsure timely communication and a positive candidate experience
Hiring Operations & DocumentationSupport offer rollout processes, documentation, and other formalitiesAssist in background verification (BGV) coordination and trackingMaintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and status reports
Learning & Process ExposureShadow senior recruiters to understand end to end hiring cyclesLearn recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratios, source effectivenessSupport campus hiring, volume hiring, or project based recruitment initiatives as assigned
Skills & Competencies
Must HaveStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Basic understanding of recruitment or HR conceptsGood coordination and follow up skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting
Good to HaveExposure to ATS or recruitment toolsHands on experience with LinkedIn sourcingPrior internship or trainee experience in HR / TA
Education & ExperienceMBA / PGDM in HR or related field1-2 year of experience
