Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager for our Paid Social & Search team to lead and drive our search and social media advertising efforts. The Manager - Biddable Media will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing paid social & search strategies across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in search and social media marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Search & Social Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience. Identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs, and ensure campaigns are on track to meet goals.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Define target audience segments and tailor ad campaigns to specific demographics, behaviors, and interests. Utilize audience insights and data to optimize targeting strategies continually.
Ad Creative and Copy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. Write and test ad copy for optimal engagement and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization. Track and analyze campaign expenses and adjust budgets as needed.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze paid media campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements. Maintain documentation of campaign strategies, experiments, and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree (preferred). Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on paid social & search advertising.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid search & social media campaigns. Proficiency in using paid media advertising platforms such as Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
