Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting (AOP) process and contribute to long-term financial planning aligned with the university's strategic prioritiesPrepare management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards (e.g., EBITDA tracking, school-level P&Ls) for senior leadership reviewTrack and analyse capital expenditure against approved CIPs and budgets in coordination with functional headsBuild and maintain financial models for scenario planning - including enrolment projections, fee structures, and funding scenariosSupport the CEO and Senior Director's office with ad-hoc analysis, business reviews, and decision-support deliverables on strategic and operational mattersPartner with academic and operations teams to provide insights on cost optimization and revenue opportunitiesDrive automation and accuracy in reporting using Excel and other tools to enable faster decision-making Required QualificationsMBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 institute5-6 years of experience in Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Strategic PMO rolesStrong experience working directly with CXOs, business heads, or senior leadership teamsProven PMO experience involving strategic initiatives, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reportingAdvanced financial modelling capabilities, including business case development, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis
