Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition available in Austin or Denver locations.The Manager serves as a program and project-level day-to-day lead on up to four accounts.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Works with client and team to consistently implement communications strategies and integrated campaigns that drive results.Maintains excellent media relationships and develops and pitches compelling story angles.Hones their client service skills and planning expertise, working closely with strategic account leads.Produces client-ready materials, thoughtful analysis, and data-driven measurement reports.Practices INK's methodology of "Be There Before," staying ahead of industry and media trends, anticipating client needs and opportunities, and sharing their insights generously with their teams and clients.Embodies INK values and culture.Commits to professional development, mentoring associate-level INKers through day-to-day coaching and regular check-ins.Is a member of the client services and media relations teams and reports to, advises, and is coached by INK's Director and/or VP level executives.Performs other related duties as required.
