Manager Corporate Strategy
Aeroprime Group
Job Description
About Us
Aeroprime Group is a dynamic, fast-growing enterprise expanding its footprint across multiple business units and international markets. We are diversifying our portfolio, entering new industries, and building high-impact global alliances.
To accelerate this phase of growth, we are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Corporate Strategy Manager. This role acts as the strategic engine for our executive leadership team, driving international expansion, validating new business concepts, and securing cross-border partnerships.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional operational or sales management role. As Corporate Strategy Manager, you will sit at the intersection of market research, business incubation, and international development. You will be responsible for evaluating the viability of new business units, conducting deep-dive market research, creating financial models for international expansion, and reviewing the corporate structures of global partnerships.
You will provide the data, insights, and structural frameworks needed to turn high-level vision into successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Incubation: Research, evaluate, and build comprehensive business cases for new business units, joint ventures, and market diversification opportunities.
- International Expansion Strategy: Conduct deep geopolitical and economic market research to identify, assess, and rank target countries for international expansion.
- Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Support the VP of Business Development in scouting, vetting, and establishing cross-border corporate partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Contract & Structural Compliance: Review and analyze commercial contracts, memorandum of understanding (MoUs), and legal frameworks for global deals to ensure company protection and risk mitigation.
- Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build robust financial models, revenue projections, and capital allocation frameworks for new projects and foreign investments.
- Executive Advisory: Turn complex global market trends and raw data into clear, visually compelling executive presentations and board-level recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or international business expansion.
- Global Footprint: Proven experience working on cross-border initiatives, managing international stakeholder relationships, or executing multi-country business strategies.
- Research & Analytical Prowess: Elite ability to gather data on unfamiliar industries or markets, synthesize trends, and build advanced financial models in Excel.
- Commercial & Legal Literacy: Strong competence in reading, interpreting, and structuring commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, and international corporate compliance.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills (PowerPoint) with the ability to tell a compelling business story to C-level executives and international partners.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Relations, or Economics. An MBA from a reputable business school is highly advantageous.
What We Offer
- A high-influence role with direct exposure to executive leadership and global partners.
- The autonomy to shape and launch entirely new business units from scratch.
- A diverse, fast-paced work environment with genuine international mobility potential.
- Competitive salary and performance-based equity or bonus incentives.
