The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming our finance and management reporting functions into a modern, technology-enabled business partner. ## Position Summary Reporting directly to senior management, the successful candidate will lead Management Information Systems (MIS), business performance reporting, financial planning, ERP optimization, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.

This role offers exceptional exposure to business strategy, data analytics, AI adoption, and executive decision-making within a growing African business. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead the preparation and analysis of Management Information System (MIS) reports for executive decision-making. * Develop business dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting frameworks. * Analyze profitability, business performance, and growth opportunities across the Group. * Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business expansion initiatives. * Prepare business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models for new projects. * Provide management with actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. * Monitor key business metrics and recommend performance improvement strategies. * Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders. * Support strategic partnerships, investments, and corporate growth initiatives. * Lead the development and enhancement of reporting systems within Odoo ERP. * Drive ERP optimization initiatives to improve business visibility and operational efficiency. * Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation across finance, reporting, and business processes. * Identify opportunities to automate accounting, reporting, forecasting, workflow management, and data analysis. * Work closely with management to implement digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. * Act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and Executive Management Team. ## Qualifications & Experience * CA (ICAI), ACCA, CIMA, CMA/ICWA, CPA, or an equivalent internationally recognized professional accounting qualification. * Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Finance, MIS, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Strategy, ERP Systems, or Financial Analysis. * Age between 22 and 30 years. * Valid Driver's Licence. * Strong analytical, financial modelling, and strategic thinking skills. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. * Experience with ERP systems is required; experience with *Odoo ERP* will be a significant advantage. * Knowledge of Power BI, Business Intelligence tools, and management reporting systems will be an advantage. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, and emerging technologies in finance and accounting. * Experience with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI Analytics platforms, or similar technologies will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated interest in digital transformation and technology-enabled business growth. * Willingness to relocate to Gaborone, Botswana. ## Compensation Package ### Monthly Salary *USD 1,500 – USD 2,000 per month* ### Total Compensation Value (CTC) Including accommodation, company vehicle, medical aid, food allowance, company-paid taxes, and airfare benefits, the estimated total compensation package is: *USD 3,000 – USD 3,500 per month* ### Savings Potential Due to the company-provided benefits and relatively low personal living expenses, the successful candidate may have the potential to save approximately: *USD 1,000 – USD 1,500 per month*, depending on lifestyle and personal spending habits. ## Benefits ✅ Fully Furnished Company Accommodation ✅ Company Vehicle ✅ Medical Aid Cover ✅ Company-Paid Taxes ✅ Food Allowance of USD 200 per month ✅ Professional Development Opportunities ✅ 3-Year Employment Contract ## Airfare Benefits ✈️ One-Way Air Ticket to Botswana upon commencement of employment ✈️ Mid-Contract Return Air Ticket to Home Country during the contract period ✈️ Final Return Air Ticket to Home Country upon successful completion of the contract ## Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit: * Detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) * Cover Letter * Professional Qualification Certificates * Academic Certificates * Copy of Passport * Copy of Driver's Licence ## Apply To *()(mailto:)* ## Walk-In Interviews Apex Fuels One Plot 14400, New Lobatse Road, Gaborone, Botswana Commencing: *08 June 2026* Time: *08:00 AM – 04:00 PM* ## Application Closing Date *14 June 2026* Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. # APEX FUELS ONE ### Powering Growth.
