Job Title: GBS Manager, Global Project Management
GBS Global Project Manager – Transformation Delivery
The Kraft Heinz Global Business Services (GBS) organization is establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) with a team of Project Management professionals to lead high-profile, complex transformation projects while helping to facilitate successful agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery using a combination of project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing cross-functional, complex global projects and will help mature our delivery capabilities, promote alignment, and predictability through transparency and identification/coordination of dependencies and risks. You are an ideal candidate if you are highly organized and structured, have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, can work across multiple time zones, and excel in a fast-paced environment with rapid change.

Project Execution
Effectively takes projects inclusive of all aspects from original concept through final implementationSelects and tailors the best project delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) on enterprise projects including planning, organizing, monitoring, risk management, managing budget, project closure activities, and enforcing best practicesManages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables as part of a consolidated project planProvides structure to milestones and leads the organization to achieve themStructures and facilitates effective meetings and ensures a focus on achieving the necessary outcomesExperience managing different types of business projects (GBS Transitions, Transformation, Software Implementation…)Navigates group and organizational dynamics including identifying issues that may impact project outcomes and effectively works to resolve conflict leading through roadblocks, and escalating in a timely manner to ensure no surprisesLeadership
Leads teams and manages stakeholders effectively through influence and engagementEfficiently identifies and removes roadblocks to project execution.Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas to fruitionModels developing relationships across organization, leveraging them to work through barriersPossesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for changeExhibits extensive knowledge of current and emerging project management practices and applies them in projectsEvaluate the effectiveness of the project related structure of required vendors related to project outcomesFosters engagement in project milestones sharing key information to achieve outcomesCommunication
Responsible for all project communications to leadership, the stakeholder community, and the project teamProactively understands how and when to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyProject Scoping
Build the required project structure including concept, oversight, communication, and the teamIdentifies and works with Resource Managers to acquire necessary team members in a matrix environmentCreates Project Charter, facilitates definition of scope, and milestone deliverables inclusive of vendor-related contractsQualifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience with PMO, SAFe, project, program, or portfolio managementCan do mentality and ability to transform ideas into actionable project plansBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required, MBA is a plus Certification in either: PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma is a strong plusGBS Transition Management experienceExperience with business development, solution development, project/program management, and project deliveryExperience with PPM tools, Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, or any other is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsChange Management knowledge or experience a plusFlexibility to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to embrace a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid changeDemonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriersAbility to handle multiple projects, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailsA team player with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage othersHighly proficient PC skills (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook required)Experienced Project Management within the Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is a bonus!Location(s)
