Manager-Inventory Management

Job Description:Inventory ManagementPlan & ensures stock availability across plants for raw materials for all SKUs .Conduct periodic Inventory planning activities & run planning cycles.Coordinate with domestic vendors, & transporters for scheduling and tracking material deliveries.Executes STOs across plants for maintaining stock coverages.Tracks and controls damage of material & any other unplanned costs across supply chain.Control material accounting, through FIFO.Places Purchase Orders for spend related to Plant.Manages warehouse operations and staff.OSP Operations ManagementControls & monitors supply chain operations at external OSP plants.Maintains stock availability at OSP site.Periodically travels to OSP site for audit & supervision.Qualifications & Experience:B.E/B.Tech (post-graduate qualifications in supply chain/operations, will be an added advantage.)Experience:7-10 years of experience across manufacturing industries at the Plant level.SAP or any other ERP knowledge is a must.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationOrganizational and logistics skillsStrong attention to detailProblem-solvingTeam orientedProactive critical thinking
