This role requires an individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests.*Responsibilities** Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.* Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest quality of dishes served.* Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.* Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing and reporting.* Handle cash management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.* Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.* Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity during peak hours.* Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment.* Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.*Qualifications** Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.* Strong background in food service management with knowledge of culinary practices.* Experience in quick service or fast food environments is highly desirable; fine dining experience is a plus.* Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting principles.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.* Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.* Previous experience in training & development programs is preferred.* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. xkmhxrz Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while leading a talented group of individuals dedicated to excellence in the hospitality industry.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid time off* Paid trainingWork Location: In person
