We're Hiring Manager - Network Level Inventory

Join a fast-growing omnichannel retail/e-commerce organization that is building a high-efficiency supply chain network across India. We are looking for a sharp and analytical professional to lead inventory control, loss prevention, and recovery initiatives across Fulfillment Centers, Distribution Centers, and Dark Stores.

Role: Manager - Network Level InventoryLocation: IndiaExperience: 3-8 YearsIndustry Preference: E-commerce / Retail / Omnichannel / Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities: • Drive network-wide inventory loss prevention initiatives • Lead cycle counts, audits, stock reconciliations, and inventory hygiene programs • Manage STOs, RTO discrepancies, and recovery claims with logistics/3PL partners • Build dashboards and analytics for shrinkage, audit adherence, and inventory accuracy • Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Logistics, and Tech teams to strengthen controls and improve processes

What We're Looking For:Experience in inventory control, ICQA, warehousing, or supply chain operationsStrong analytical skills with Excel; SQL/BI tools preferredHands-on exposure to WMS/ERP processes, audits, and discrepancy resolutionStrong problem-solving mindset with SOP and process improvement experienceExposure to 3PL/vendor claim management is a plus
