The Sleep Clinic Manager manages and oversees operations associated with the specific key hospital account Sleep Clinics, including their Liaison Support. Train and develop all Sleep Clinic Liaisons. Develop operating strategy and referral workflow for each Sleep Clinic Location.
Work closely with Compliance Manager and Intake Staff to ensure all appropriate medical necessity paperwork is collected during referral process. Meet with key contacts from Account on regular basis. Develop data reporting and communication process with Account.
Oversees the Liaison staff effectiveness of securing all pertinent customer order information including documentation required to meet coverage criteria. Creates relationships and initiates meetings throughout the system through leveraging preferred partnership to grow business. Drive corporate awareness throughout the Health System resulting in year over year revenue growth.
Work with Business Development Team members to capitalize on partnership in community. Work closely with Operations Managers to ensure appropriate Service Levels are achieved. Markets our services to the Case Managers and other potential referral sources within the designated facility.
Spends time in Hospital Account with Liaisons, Key Decision Makers and Influencers. Has ownership of Intake Documentation Quality. Ensuring quality On-site presence, Email and Phone Etiquette and Customer Service of the Liaison staff. Works closely with Hub Managers and Sleep Departments to achieve high levels of Customer Service and respond/resolve when serviced standards aren't met.
Ability to provide onsite and/or remote coverage when needed or during times of recruitment and/or approved or unapproved time off of employees. Ability to travel to each of the health system partner's sleep clinics locations when necessary. Having familiarity of each clinic's specific needs and key site contacts. high school graduate required.
Four years in health care related position; business, sales or operations focus preferred. Two years (minimum) of operations management experience. Thorough knowledge and skills related to sleep therapy and respiratory care.
Customer oriented with good oral and written communication skills. Normal office/clerical motor skills in addition to extensive automobile, computer, and telephone usage.
