Manager – Senior Manager, Operations & Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-stakes engagements for finance, operational or control functions
• Structure project approaches, manage project teams and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Serve as the primary client contact (Executive Committee, business line leaders, regulators)
• Actively contribute to the development of the OPRM practice: identify opportunities, engage the client network, and respond to RFPs
• Support the design and promotion of iQo’s offerings within your area of expertise (Insurance, Banking, Asset Management)

Requirements

• Degree from a top business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance, risk management, compliance or banking & finance law; AMF certification is a plus
• 8 to 15 years of experience in a consulting firm and/or a financial institution (banking, insurance, asset management)
• Proven experience managing teams and leading engagements autonomously
• Strong situational intelligence and a senior advisory stance with clients (Executive Committee, business lines, regulators)
• Full professional proficiency in English
