Job Description
Location: Mettawa, IL Workplace Category: Hybrid Pay Range: $103,200 - $144,000 Position Overview Responsible for FPA and business partnering to support enterprise transformation with marketing, IT, or other enterprise and divisional leadership teams. Manage implementation of transformation initiatives including new operating models, driving collaboration and alignment across divisions and enterprise functions. Provide financial analysis and support for strategy, annual/monthly financial planning.
Partner with global leaders and finance teams to streamline financial analysis, implement innovative ways to understand costs, and impact decisions for optimal business value. Oversee enterprise investment and contract decisions, senior leadership updates, as well as lead various special projects and critical analyses. Key role in driving or delivering enterprise transformation, including financial business partnering in a matrix operating model and close integration with project management to drive or influence change thru to implementation and financial value.
Provide financial expertise and decision support for business partners. Lead or coordinate the Enterprise forecast processes for assigned business areas, driving change with automation and process efficiencies. Transform or improve the annual financial planning processes for enterprise business functions, including divisional, COE, corporate spend and allocations; leveraging and advancing cost driver and technology enabled budgeting approaches.
Responsible for enterprise cost analysis and reporting by division or COE, present analysis and recommendations to leadership team. Analyze and evaluate capital projects and enterprise contracts, providing recommendations and supporting the executive team’s reviewal process. Work closely with business partners and finance teams to identify, explain, and action key drivers impacting P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Oversee the preparation of executive level presentation material, support and analyses for use in communications across divisional and enterprise leadership, Senior Management Team meetings, and Board of Directors forums. Lead or manage special projects and create ad-hoc analysis as needed. Potential to lead and develop 1 to 2 team members providing direction, guidance and coaching.
Qualifications B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. MBA preferred. 5-12 years of progressive FP&A experience in a multidivisional or matrix organization. Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role on project teams, including team member engagement or talent development.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated application of strategic thinking or business insights related to assessing financials and trends in the business.
Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes by challenging status quo and leveraging AI enablement for automation and efficiencies. Ability to exercise sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision and/or guidance. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain business partnerships. Experience presenting work and recommendations to business leaders (Directors, VPs) and senior leaders (CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.). Ability to organize, present and clearly articulate financial information including actionable insights.
Energetic leadership style to drive change through influence and mentorship. Benefits and Compensation The hiring range for this position is $103,200 to $144,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographical location.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
