About the Role
We are looking for high-potential Defence Veterans / Ex-Forces professionals who are keen to transition into a corporate leadership role within Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in leading teams, operating in high-pressure environments, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving execution with discipline and ownership.
Prior experience in recruitment is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals with the right aptitude, leadership mindset, and ability to learn and adapt.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage end-to-end hiring delivery for assigned business units or functionsBuild strong relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholdersDrive structured execution against hiring goals, timelines, and prioritiesCoordinate across teams to ensure seamless hiring operations and candidate movementBring discipline, planning, and operational rigor into recruitment deliveryAnalyze hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actionsLead, mentor, and enable teams to deliver under changing prioritiesBuild scalable processes and improve efficiency in talent acquisition operationsAdapt quickly to new systems, tools, and business requirementsWho We Are Looking ForProfessionals who bring strong transferable capabilities from the defence ecosystem such as:

In the first 6-12 months, you will:
