\n\n• Manage all aspects of assigned audit engagements, ensuring files are reviewed
\nand completed to an exceptionally high standard within required deadlines.
\n• Work full-time on U.S. market engagements from the India office, managing
\nassigned audit engagements for clients.
\n• Review workpapers prepared by India and U.S. team members, ability to
\nindependently start assigned areas based on information provided by the U.S.
\nengagement team and/or engagement partner.
\n• Balance multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, urgency, political
\nimpacts, and other interdependencies.
\n• Take full end-to-end ownership of audit engagements, including planning,
\nrisk assessment, execution, review, and reporting.
\n• Interact directly with U.S. clients throughout all phases of the engagement.
\n• Apply strong technical knowledge and judgment to develop well-reasoned,
\nwell-researched positions on client issues.
\n• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and judgment and develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.
\n• Manage PBC lists, engagement timelines, and partner expectations efficiently.
\n• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the organization’s business processes
\nand identify opportunities to optimize engagement delivery.
\n• Provide timely guidance to colleagues on quality, process, and risk
\nmanagement matters, leveraging experience to help resolve issues and
\nstrengthen compliance.
\n• Create an environment of high performance that promotes a clear
\nunderstanding of team goals and individual contributions.
\n• Proactively coach team members and coachees to build technical,
\ninterpersonal, and soft skills and improve overall competence.
\n• Lead and coach the team effectively, providing regular individual feedback to
\ndeliver efficient, high-quality audit services to Wipfli clients.
\n• Proactively lead the audit from planning through issuance, ensuring client
\ndeadlines are met through efficient execution and high-quality delivery.
\n• Manage multiple deadlines and relationships (internal and external), identify
\nand escalate audit issues and risks, and ensure timely resolution of queries
\nthrough the team.
\n• Build meaningful working relationships with partners and senior managers to
\ngenerate additional work from existing clients and support selling new client
\nproposals.
\n• Resolve issues that hinder effective teamwork, even during times of change and
\nuncertainty.
\n• Collaborate with partners and senior managers on integration proposals and
\nbusiness development calls.
\n• Manage escalation emails and calls.
\n• Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry one is aligned to and strive for
\nbecoming an expert within the industry
\n• Exercise strong review and judgment skills in file reviews, coaching team
\nmembers, and resolving complex audit issues.
\n• Support work transition initiatives to India offices, including workforce
\ncapacity planning and utilization management.
\n• Participate regularly in professional development, networking events, and
\nrelevant training seminars.
\n• Demonstrate strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS.
\n• Working knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare and IDEA is preferred.
\n• Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools and Adobe Acrobat/PDF.

\nSpecific Skills that will have an added advantage:
\n• Working knowledge of Dynamic Audit Solution (DAS) and/or Onpoint
\nAudit Methodology.
\n• Experience in public and private company audits, review engagements,
\ncompilation, or preparation engagements are required. Experience in
\nCommercial MRD, Technology, or Tribal /Government industry audits
\nwill be an added advantage.
\n\nQualifications : Chartered Accountancy/CPA
