As a Managing Director for Ruhrpumpen India you will be responsible for the collaborative, strategic, and detail-oriented leadership, focused on operational excellence and the continuous improvement of the company's processes and activities.
This leader will provide expertise and support with a business mindset, driving, implementing, and executing the standardization of processes, practices, and metrics at the local level from a global perspective, while inspiring excellence in business practices across all RP entities.
Main responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the CFF, including Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Controlling, HR, and Service.Lead objectives, strategies, business outlook, and decision-making in order to fulfill RP's Mission.Lead the execution of Annual Operating Plan / BudgetRecommend and implement strategic changes in the local entity, in coordination with the Corporation.Lead the regional strategic planning process-from ideation through implementation-ensuring operational cadence, supporting all business plans, market strategies, and budget planning processes to achieve the company's objectives.Drive a high-performance culture by cascading objectives to direct reports, ensuring employees have SMART goals and responsibilities, regularly reviewing job performance expectations, and providing continuous informal and formal feedback.Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.Contribute to evaluating and optimizing the company's footprint, aiming for an effective and efficient configuration of operations. Oversee the company's safety practices and results to ensure effective management of health, safety, and environmental matters.Hold all employees and visitors accountable for consistently complying with safety regulations.Commit to eliminating delays, improving on-time delivery (OTD), and reducing cycle/lead times.
Requirements:Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical electrical Engineering or similar DegreeMaster's Degree DesiredAdvanced English skills10 + years of experience in Strategic and Commercial Operation, Manufacturing Processes, Pumping Systems ETO, PM and Product Engineering.Deep high end centrifugal pumps knowledge is required.Experience with P&L ManagementStrategic PlanningLeading large teamsContinuous Improvement and InnovationAnalytical SkillsCustomer focusedAvailability to travel upto-15%
