Mandatory Trainer/Clinical Educator

Job summaryDorset Health Care University Trust are looking to recruit a Mandatory trainer/Clinical Educator to work to support of our Inpatient services across Dorset.The post holder will be responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of a programme of mandatory training and clinically relevant practice education to support the professional development of the organisation. The appointed individual will have a specific focus on enabling the delivery of high-quality patient/person centred care that is grounded in evidence-based practice and underpinned by national, organisational and trust objectives, guidelines, and policies.The person we are looking for will have; a strong clinical background with recent clinical experience, excellent communication skills, ability to engage and influence at all levels, demonstrate a passion for education and act as a professional role model.
