Job Responsibilities - Cost Indicator Management: Oversee overall cost indicator control for the factory, promote in-house production rate improvement, loss reduction, and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Efficiency Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze efficiency data from a cost perspective, identify low-efficiency equipment, and drive improvement measures. - Cost Infrastructure Development: Advance factory cost maturity efforts, strengthen foundational cost management, and implement refined cost control requirements. - Workshop Cost Execution: Coordinate daily cost-related tasks in workshops to ensure effective implementation of cost control measures.

Job Requirements - Education & Major: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. - Work Experience: 3+ years of cost management experience in manufacturing plants, with workshop cost control experience preferred. - Professional Skills: Familiarity with cost accounting principles, data analysis and efficiency improvement skills, proficiency in office software. - Competencies: Strong sense of responsibility, cross-departmental coordination skills, cost sensitivity, and adaptability to factory work environments.

工作职责- 成本指标管理：负责工厂整体成本指标管控，推进自制率提升、损耗控制及降本专项工作落地。- 效率监控分析：监控分析成本维度效率数据，预警低效率设备，推动设备效率提升改善。- 成本基础建设：推进工厂成本成熟度工作，夯实成本基础管理，落地成本精细化管理要求。- 车间成本执行：统筹车间日常成本相关工作，确保成本管控措施在车间有效执行。

岗位要求- 学历专业：本科及以上学历，财务、会计相关专业优先。- 工作经验：3年以上制造工厂成本管理经验，有车间成本管控经验者优先。- 专业技能：熟悉成本核算逻辑，具备数据分析与效率改善能力，熟练使用办公软件。- 能力素质：责任心强，具备跨部门协调能力与成本敏感度，能适应工厂工作环境。
