This role will be responsible for optimizing paint manufacturing operations, ensuring coating quality standards, and improving process efficiency within the paint shop production line.The ideal candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure stable operations and continuous process improvement. ✅ RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Paint Shop manufacturing or process engineering rolesStrong knowledge of automotive paint processes including pretreatment, electro-deposition (ED), basecoat, and clearcoat systemsUnderstanding of paint application equipment, paint robots, and paint line automation systemsExperience in process improvement, troubleshooting, and production optimizationFamiliar with process documentation such as SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and work instructionsKnowledge of quality standards, defect analysis, and root cause analysis methodsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in English

?️ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve paint shop manufacturing processesMonitor paint line performance and identify opportunities for process optimizationSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis for paint defects and production issuesPrepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs and work instructionsWork closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure stable operationsSupport new model trials and paint process development activitiesAnalyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce defectsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
