We are welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our management team as the Manufacturing Excellence & Governance Assistant Manager, which offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the company’s growth by ensuring company operations remain robust, compliant, and continuously improving.
In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of production processes, identifying risks, nonconformities, and areas for improvement.Review production records, quality control procedures, and inventory management practices to ensure accuracy and integrity.Analyze all manufacturing related data and operational performance to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.Work with management, production teams and other related area to develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings to management, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and closed.Ensure products and processes comply with all relevant industry standards/certifications and regulatory requirements, including Global standards.Perform internal audits on manufacturing and quality systems to assess compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), regulatory requirements, and company policies.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree from engineering or science background. Preferably Chemical Engineering or ChemistryMinimum 5 years of experience as superintendent or assistant manager with in-depth knowledge in production, continuous improvement, or auditing on the manufacturing environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa & English), work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsAccustomed with critical thinking, problem solving as well as data analytics and visualization, particularly using Microsoft Excel or Power BI. Other analytical/visualization tools would be advantages.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is an advantageFamiliar with manufacturing processes, quality control, and management systems, in Oleochemical industry will be an advantage.
