Manufacturing Operations Head - Power Products / Power Electronics

Head of Manufacturing (DGM)

·       BE/B.Tech with minimum 18+years of experience in manufacturing experience of Power Products/power electronics industries.

·       Interactions with the Customer for Planning and execution of Daily, Monthly Production volumes, meeting Delivery and Quality performances.

·       Aligning Managers and the team members to focus on the company Goals and Targets, Conduct reviews and initiate actions to sustain and improve performance

·       Resource Planning, Budget planning, Cost control measures to ensure sustained profitability of the business Unit.

·       Product Lifecycle Management, Factory management, Customer Orientation

·       Understanding the roadmap of new product implementation at multiple sites

·       Receiving and understanding the technical and process related documents of the projects

·       Liaison with the Customer and OPM for the necessary certifications and standards for product launch.

·       Shop floor safety, production, production planning, processes, and maintenance activities.

·       Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

·       Achieve order execution and annual production plans through resource optimization.

·       Implement productivity improvement steps via capacity utilization.

·       Ensure optimized production costs and deliver products of good quality with on-time delivery.

·       Organize manufacturing operations to ensure desired revenue and quality targets are achieved.

·       Receive and understand MTP and reliability test documents, ensure test setup and configurations are planned and arranged as required

·       Ensure Production line is setup as per the process plan. Conduct line audit and qualify production line for commencing production.

·       Assist factory in setting up MES system for traceability, process monitoring & control

·       Interactions with the Customer for Planning and execution of Daily, Monthly Production volumes, meeting Delivery and Quality performances.
