This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India, for a Marketing and Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and participating in the formulation of marketing strategies. Responsibilities also include leading performance marketing initiatives, overseeing brand campaigns, and developing data-driven strategies for business growth.
The chosen candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing efforts and support revenue expansion goals.
- Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills, including identifying new opportunities and nurturing partnerships
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), Digital Advertising, and SEO
- Strategic thinking with expertise in Funnel Building, Lead Nurturing, and Retargeting
- Strong skills in Brand Campaign Development, Content Strategy, and Creative Problem Solving
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Analytics, Tracking, and Growth Strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in marketing, business development, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
