Role Summary This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and curious graduate to join an exciting and innovative technology company. Based in the OBC offices in Bristol, you'll gain hands on experience across a wide range of marketing activities - from content creation and social media to video production, events, campaigns, and design. You'll support the Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing plan and helping to tell the AIVR story to audiences across the UK and beyond, supporting the delivery of engaging and effective B2B marketing.
Responsibilities Content & Copywriting Support the creation of case studies, web pages, blogs, award submissions, and presentations Assist in managing social media channels with engaging content, including posts, carousels, and short form copy Support the creation of short form video content for social media, campaigns, and events Support the wider business and commercial team with bid submissions and technical proposals by providing diagrams or other design content based on live bid or proposal requirements Performance Monitoring Monitor performance and report on website and social media performance Share insights and recommendations to improve content and campaign effectiveness Design & Creative Support the creation of print and digital marketing materials Use tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high quality visuals General Marketing Support Assist with marketing campaigns, events preparation, and day to day marketing activities Work collaboratively across the business to gather content and ideas Personal Qualities and Experience Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A creative eye and enthusiasm for producing high quality content Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) Familiarity with LinkedIn or other social media platforms in a professional context An interest in technology, engineering or the rail industry Any experience or understanding of B2B marketing Company Benefits Life Assurance Work related training courses as required Complimentary snacks and refreshments including fresh fruit Office centric role with allocated workspace Access to Bike to Work Scheme Secure bike storage and shower facilities Social events Successful applicants will be required to pass a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
