About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator sits within the Brand Team of the Power NI Customer Solutions Marketing Department.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Executive, the successful candidate will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing, communications and PR campaigns, primarily for residential customers.
The role includes responsibility for content creation, performance reporting, stakeholder liaison, social media management, event coordination and market research, while ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand, regulatory and business requirements.
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the Marketing Coordinator will help deliver effective marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, retention and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing, communications and promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
- Contribute to brand, PR and stakeholder engagement activities, including media relations, events, sponsorships and corporate communications.
- Develop and manage marketing content across digital, print and internal communication channels.
- Support digital marketing and social media activity to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility and campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, customer insights and market trends.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide marketing operational support, including project coordination, CRM and data management, website content updates, budget administration and compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.
Essential Criteria
- At least 1 year's experience in a marketing or communications role.
- Marketing or business-related degree.
- Experience multitasking within a busy marketing or communications environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience delivering creative marketing campaigns.
- Experience within a utilities, energy or regulated industry such as banking.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g. SAP) and purchase orders/invoices.

The office is located at Newforge Lane, Belfast, with the entrance off the Malone Road and well served by Metro Service 8.
