From creating engaging social media content and marketing campaigns to helping deliver memorable corporate and private events, you'll play a key role in promoting a busy venue and ensuring every event runs smoothly.If you're creative, confident, enjoy working with people and love seeing your ideas come to life, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingCreating engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and PinterestManaging the company website and online venue listingsPlanning and delivering marketing campaigns to promote events and venue hireSupporting the coordination of corporate events, private functions and seasonal celebrationsLiaising with clients and suppliers to help bring events to lifeProducing quotes and responding to enquiries for special eventsAssisting with venue tours for prospective customersSupporting the planning and delivery of an annual gift fair and other major eventsWorking closely with the wider team to ensure exceptional customer experiencesWhat we're looking forA creative mindset with excellent attention to detailConfidence using social media for business purposesStrong organisational and communication skillsComfortable speaking with clients and building positive relationshipsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CanvaA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involvedOwn transport is essentialPrevious experience in marketing, events or hospitality would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
