MARKETING MANAGER JOB TITLE – MARKETING MANAGER SKILLS REQUIRED Strong writing ability in English; ability to create impactful B2B content Understanding of industrial/engineering products and ability to simplify technical concepts Creative mindset with strong sense of branding, messaging, and storytelling Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva preferred) for reviewing and guiding creatives Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects Ability to plan marketing calendars, campaigns, and communication flows JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and maintain the overall brand messaging, communication themes, and product positioning for all Machinery products. Create high-quality content including: India’s Largest Paper Bag Machine Manufacturer LinkedIn posts Case studies Customer success stories Operator testimonials Product brochures and catalogs Dealer onboarding kits Marketing copy for website pages Training materials and handouts Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the IT Manager & design team for publishing. Script and design storyboards for machine walkthrough videos, testimonial videos, demo-day videos, and operator certification videos. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for demo days, open-house events, operator training sessions, trade shows, and new product launches. Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral, comparison sheets, and sales enablement documents. Manage dealer and operator communication — newsletters, update mailers, product highlights, promotions, etc. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for stronger brand positioning. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and creative agencies for content creation. India’s Largest Paper Bag Machine Manufacturer Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
Track and report weekly marketing KPIs including content planned, content created, leads generated from campaigns, and brand engagement metrics. EXPERIENCE 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, content creation, industrial marketing, or brand communication Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or Business Fluency in English with strong communication skills LOCATION – Faridabad WORK – Full Time, On-Site SALARY – ?4L – ?6L PA (Based on experience)
