Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role serves as the operational engine of our department — managing multi‑channel campaigns, coordinating agency and vendor relationships, supporting attorney thought leadership and practice group marketing, and ensuring our brand shows up at its best across every platform. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between attorneys, firm leadership, and external partners, making collaboration and communication central to everything you do.
The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of marketing, communications, or public relations experience, strong copywriting and content development skills, and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Experience in a professional services or agency environment — along with familiarity in digital marketing, SEO, email platforms, and legal industry marketing — is a plus.
White Collar Criminal Defense Attorney We are seeking a highly skilled attorney with 4–8 years of experience to join our growing practice, with a strong preference for candidates who have served as a federal prosecutor, including as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) or Department of Justice Trial Attorney. The ideal candidate will bring significant courtroom experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of independence. This role is well‑suited for a former government attorney transitioning into private practice who is looking to continue handling high‑stakes, sophisticated litigation, including drafting and arguing substantive motions, conducting depositions, and preparing for hearings and trial, within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Commercial Litigation Attorney We are seeking an experienced attorney with 5+ years of experience handling complex business disputes to join our Houston, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and managing matters involving TROs and temporary injunctions, with strong courtroom experience required. Appellate or trial experience is a plus but not required. Practice areas include commercial contract disputes, real estate and property litigation, fraud and fiduciary duty claims, as well as non‑compete and confidentiality matters.
Senior Attorney – Commercial and Business Litigation Location: N/A. We are seeking an accomplished attorney with a strong track record in commercial and business litigation and/or transactional matters to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate brings 8–15 years of experience, an active license in good standing, and a portable book of business of approximately $750,000–$1,000,000, with the ability to immediately contribute to client service and firm growth. This role offers a collaborative environment, autonomy in practice, opportunities to mentor junior attorneys, and a clear path for continued professional advancement supported by substantial firm resources.
Senior Tax Attorney (Senior Associate or Partner) Location: N/A. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Attorney (Senior Associate or Partner) to serve as the firm’s lead authority on all tax matters, with firmwide impact across multiple practice areas. This role partners closely with our Corporate Transactions team on sophisticated matters including mergers and acquisitions, tax‑free reorganizations, entity structuring, cross‑border transactions, and strategic tax planning tied to complex business deals. The position also supports trusts and estates, litigation, and complex family law matters, advising attorneys and clients on high‑stakes tax issues with sound judgment and collaboration.
Family Law Associate We are seeking a skilled Family Law Associate with 4–8 years of experience handling all aspects of family law, including litigation, settlement negotiations, and client counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage a full caseload independently, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in hearings and mediations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with legal research and case management tools.
