Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, high-impact projects (ie. GTM launches, regulatory implementations, major product rollouts)

- Partner closely with marketing leadership on marketing planning cycles by translating business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps, setting KPIs, and optimizing resource and budget allocation across channels to drive growth

- Scale the brand measurement learning agenda and experimentation framework, including reporting dashboards
- Develop and maintain brand governance frameworks, including brand guidelines, messaging architectures, and visual identity standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience within marketing operations, brand, and creativity
- Experience designing and implementing complex brand marketing processes and workflows with relevant tools
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems in a structured way
