Job Description
We’re looking for a high-level Media Buyer to join EBBA and own profitable growth across our e-commerce brands.
This is a role for someone who already understands performance at scale.
Not someone who simply launches campaigns.
Someone who can diagnose problems, identify patterns, make decisions under uncertainty, and turn spend into profitable growth.
About EBBA
EBBA (E-Commerce Brand Building Automation) builds and scales e-commerce brands doing millions in monthly revenue.
We have dedicated teams across:
• Creative strategy
• Copywriting
• Video production
• Design
• Funnels
Your role is to turn that output into profitable growth.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
• Scale paid acquisition while maintaining profitability targets
• Improve creative testing velocity and learning cycles
• Build stable reporting and decision frameworks
• Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day media decisions
• Identify growth opportunities across channels
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and scaling Meta campaigns across multiple brands
• Making decisions using business metrics, not opinions
• Diagnosing performance issues and identifying opportunities
• Working closely with creative teams to improve output quality
• Scaling winners and cutting weak performers quickly
• Testing new opportunities where relevant
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience managing meaningful ad spend
• Strong understanding of Meta performance systems
• Deep analytical ability and pattern recognition
• Strong understanding of unit economics and profitability
• Ability to stay calm under volatility
• High ownership mentality
• Fast learner and fast decision-maker
Bonus Points
• Experience with multi-million/month brands
• Experience across TikTok, Google, or other paid channels
• Familiarity with attribution tools and blended metrics
