New member signups Tour and Trial Booking Trial follow up and conversions Creating and executing internal referral lead generation program Member Relations Responsibilities: Continued support, interactions, and communication with members after signup, driving engagement and progress Assist members with scheduling their 1-1 fitness coaching appointments and signature studio classes Ensure that members check in when arriving to the facility, while monitoring status of member programs Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure the members have a great club experience Objectives: Meet club sales
