Member Services Specialist

Member Services Specialist Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Member Services Specialist functions primarily as a subject matter expert in the areas of Medicare Part D enrollment and eligibility procedures. Responsibilities: Interpretation of TRR codes and the necessary actions to correct and resubmit Understanding the processing of LIS status and ensure compliance with CMS guidance Involvement with the enrollment procedures related to agents and assisting in managing their processing and reporting Act as primary contact to State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIPS) offices to assist beneficiaries who they are working with. Essential Skills: Works well in a team environment Verbal and written skills Problem solving skills Patient/beneficiary services a must!

Requirements: High school diploma Associates degree (preferred) Part D experience a plus.
