MEP Project Manager
Our client is a full-service construction partner specializing in complex, high-performance facilities for sectors like advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and mission-critical infrastructure. Known for its integrated approach, it handles everything from early design and technical planning to procurement and commissioning, ensuring projects meet stringent safety and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate all MEP-related activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
Resolve technical issues related to MEP systems in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and challenges.
Ensure proper commissioning and handover of MEP systems at project completion.

A strong background in managing MEP systems in the construction industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.

A commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines
Experience with a relevant general contractor is required
Competitive salary between $135k - $180k with performance-based bonuses, per diems, travel stipends.
