Job Title: Merchandiser - Beauty Sales & Business Performance:Track Sales performance against budgets & KPIsDrive initiatives to improve sell through, conversion & category contributionIdentify opportunities to accelerate growth through activations, events, CRM, campaigns, PromotionsPrepare Weekly, monthly business reviews with actionable insightsTracking of Budgets & closely monitory ROI, SpendsData Analysis & projection basis inputs on campaigns, KSMs, activationsCross Functional Collaboration:Liaise with cross functional teams like marketing, CRM, Supply chain, finance, OperationsCollaborate on campaigns, launches, promotions & customer engagementSmooth communication between brand principals & internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Retail Operations:Ensure timely product launches & in store execution Coordinate with store Operations teams to maintain VM standards, tester Hygiene & stock availabilitySupport store teams with education & training by working closely with brand teams Monitor store wise productivity & recommend corrective actionsMerchandise planning & inventory managementWork closely with brand partners on product launches, assortment & availabilityDevelop merchandise plans aligned with targetsMonitor inventory levels, stock health, sell through & aging inventoryTrack RTVs, Markdowns, Stock rotation, inventory productivityForecasting & demand planning Marketing & ActivationsPlanning monthly Trade marketing plansYearly calendar planning & executions for Key Ips, KSMs & activationsWorking with brand & operation teams to execute eventsNegotiation of offers, tactical activationsAnalyse competitor activity & market trends to identify opportunities
