Operating Room Nurse Residency Program Designed for nurses without prior Operating Room experience, our residency program supports success through multiple learning modalities:Classroom didacticsOnline learning modulesHands-on clinical practiceProgram Structure:Residency length: 5 monthsMentorship: 1 additional monthFollowing residency, nurses transition into a specialty mentorship, receiving focused training in their assigned service line.Residency hours, Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Proposed Schedule (Days)- 30-minute call time requirement Three 12-hour shiftsFour 10-hour shiftsFive 8-hour shifts At Mercy, we believe careers should align not only with your skills, but also with your heart.
