We at Coforge are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Delivery Director with following skills:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 programs and managed services, ensuring compliance with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
\n
• Establish and institutionalize Dynamics 365 delivery best practices, governance frameworks, code review standards, DevOps processes, QA controls, documentation standards, and reusable accelerators.
\n
• Manage executive stakeholders, SteerCo governance, risk mitigation, escalations, and business value realization across multiple accounts and programs.
\n
• Build high-performing Dynamics teams through competency development, mentoring, certifications, architectural oversight, and optimal resource utilization.
\n
• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform, AI/Copilot, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
\n

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2010/2013/2015/Online.
\n
• Proven track record in managing large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and managed services.
\n
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
\n
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
\n
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
