Mixer/ Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $20–$21/hr | Weekly Pay | Edwardsville, KS

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Mixer/ Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Edwardsville, KS. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying busy, and being part of a team.

This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is provided!

Schedule & Pay:
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Pay: $20–$21/hr (pay increase after 90 days)
• Paid weekly

Responsibilities:
• Mix and blend ink batches according to specifications
• Weigh and prepare raw materials
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Requirements:
• 2+ years of stable work history in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or a similar environment
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Forklift experience preferred (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a production environment
