Our manufacturing team is looking for both a Pre-Weigh Compounder and a Compound Mixer on day shift. Various skill levels will be considered but proficient in mathematical conversions and attention to detail are a must!

Compounding Mixer Operator Hours:

Mon-Thur 7am-5:30pm

Compounding Mixer Operator pay rate:

$19 Hr

Compounding Mixer Operator Role Duties:

• Review all batch records and follow specific recipes and processes precisely while stirring the correct amount of materials together while heating, cooling or applying pressure to the mix as necessary
• Pre-weigh raw materials for batches
• Keep mixing equipment clean and follow production quality policies
• Provide samples to quality department to obtain QC approvals

Compounding Role Requirements:

• Must have experience weighing materials and show extreme attention to detail in following batches
• Demonstrate math and measurement conversion skills
• Tow motor experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift 60lbs as needed throughout shift.
