Reporting to the 1st Shift Supervisor, maintains and repairs production tooling and supports production needs as they arise. 1st Shift Hours = 6am - 2pm (Monday - Friday) Benefits of working for Metalcraft: Competitive Pay Paid Holidays reading technical publications. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Additional training and certification in industrial technology and welding strongly preferred.

Must have the ability to apply detailed, quality craftsmanship relating to mold maintenance and repair. Must have the ability to operate and get certified to drive a forklift. Must be able to use and operate safely the following equipment, tools, and instruments: welder, torches, hoists, multiple hand tools, power saws, grinders, drills and routers, gauges and measuring devices, and all required safety PPE.

Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments. Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently. High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from is accredited institution.
