Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Agent - Level 1 & Level 2, located in Toronto/Durham/Whitby, ON. The Mortgage Agent will support clients by assessing financial circumstances, exploring suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the application and approval process. Additional responsibilities include conducting client consultations, managing mortgage documentation, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including mortgage servicing and general mortgages
• Knowledge of mortgage marketing and effective strategies to reach prospective clients
• Experience in mortgage lending, including product offer analysis and solutions
• Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional on-site setting
• Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation review
• Relevant licensing and certifications for Mortgage Agents – Level 1 or Level 2 (in compliance with local regulations)
