Good to Go is looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to lead visual thinking across modern Indian Finance brands. We’re not interested in template creatives or safe design. Someone who understands culture, motion, typography, storytelling, and how modern brands should feel.

What you’ll work on:
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication.
- Design engaging Reels, short-form videos, GIFs, explainer videos, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with content strategists, graphic designers, video editors, and account managers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Develop motion assets while ensuring consistency with each brand's identity and tone.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, animation techniques, and platform-specific formats.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and deliver polished, high-quality outputs.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design/creative roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with animation principles, kinetic typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media content formats.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, composition, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software. (Bonus points)
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.
- Experience in working and managing creative teams.
